Redhead Lounge works hand in hand with United Way and other local businesses collecting donations monthly for High Lite My Life, a local organization helping women build confidence and find jobs. The boutique also makes it a point to donate to local organizations to help raise funds such as Flashes of Hope, the Orlando Ballet, Easter Seals and Dress for Success.  Redhead Lounge is bringing a new meaning to Shopping Local and is serving Indie straight up.  They continuously show their support for local artists and designers.  Inside the Lounge you will find art by Orlando’s own Parker Sketch, Donna Dowless, and Kayla Prommersberger.  In August they will be searching for local designers who are pushing the envelope in fashion to compete in their ‘shop local buy indie’ designer challenge. 

The ladies of Redhead Lounge are determined to not let any talk of the economy get in their way.  With some local media it’s hard to get around the negativity.  We as a community should be coming together to support one another not stepping on each other clawing our way to the top. Enjoy the time you have with your family, and a lesson you can learn from Skalde, follow your dream and use your successes to give back to others and the community, spread your feel good energy and the world would be a better place!
